Who receives your enquiry

Noise Survey Limited receives the name, contact details and project information you submit. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request. Contact us at info@noisesurvey.co.uk with questions about your information.

Enquiry records

Submitted enquiries are stored privately in the website administration area and an email notification is sent to the business. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential documents through the website.

Optional AI questions

If the AI service assistant is enabled, it is identified in the enquiry area. Questions entered there are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Contact details entered in the enquiry form are handled separately and are not automatically sent to the AI service. You can use the guided enquiry without asking an AI question.

YouTube videos

Video players use YouTube. Loading or playing an embedded video may connect your browser to YouTube and is subject to its privacy settings and policies. You can also choose the external YouTube link.

Cookies, Analytics and advertising

Essential cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choices. Optional Analytics cookies help us understand which pages people use, how they find us and how the website performs. Optional advertising cookies help Google Ads measure visits and enquiries associated with our advertising.
